Bilingual Sales Agent (English & French) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a fully bilingual English‑French Sales Agent to join our remote team and support the expansion of Wanslu Shop across African markets. The role combines e‑commerce promotion with import‑export business development, allowing you to work with Chinese suppliers and African customers from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the Wanslu Shop platform to retailers, dropshippers and individual buyers.
• Assist customers with account setup, ordering and post‑sale support.
• Prospect and qualify leads in African markets for both e‑commerce and import‑export opportunities.
• Gather customer requirements, obtain quotations from the China team and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners and provide market feedback.
• Submit weekly activity reports and participate in regular team meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, e‑commerce or import‑export.
• Demonstrated knowledge of African market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
