Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive sales and promotion of IPS products across the region, aiming to meet sales targets and grow market share in the power transmission sector.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand market demand, promote products, and provide quotations or solutions to secure orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and business partners to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with equipment manufacturers, design institutes, and end users to deliver technical solutions.
• Visit end users and related companies to generate maintenance spare‑parts orders.
• Provide technical support, maintain customer relationships, and promote Regal products.
• Ensure on‑time delivery and high quality of sales orders.
• Manage payment information to guarantee timely customer payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or engineering related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or technical service experience in power transmission products, preferably bearing or gear‑motor industry.
• Strong understanding of related products and ability to offer professional sales and technical solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, independent, proactive, and result‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business trips.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and write in English; fluent oral English preferred.
