Associate Consultant, Real World Digital & Technology

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence, is looking for an Associate Consultant in its Real World Digital & Technology function, based in Shanghai/Beijing. The role contributes to real-world evidence and digital innovation projects, working with local, regional and global teams to support product value propositions and evidence-based decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to real-world evidence and digital innovation projects.
• Support the design and execution of real-world studies, including the implementation and deployment of digital technologies.
• Explore applications of real-world data in digital health, AI-driven analytics and patient-centric digital solutions.
• Help design data-driven solutions for patient journey analysis, digital recruitment and disease management.
• Take part in developing new methodologies and innovative offerings in real-world data and digital health.
• Engage in project management and client interaction, and work with cross-functional teams across China and globally.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of post-Master's experience in healthcare data analytics or artificial intelligence, or a recent PhD graduate.
• A major in a relevant field such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science or Epidemiology is preferred.
• Ability to stay up to date with AI/ML advances and apply them to improve daily work efficiency.
• Strong learning ability, responsibility, communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
