Aircraft Embodiment Engineer

About the role

The Aircraft Embodiment Engineer leads the creation, monitoring and management of aircraft embodiment preparation and tooling projects for Airbus customers. The role ensures that all work packages are delivered on time, comply with regulatory standards and meet the technical needs of operators.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage setup of work‑preparation dossiers in line with Airbus procedures and EASA/FAR/CCAR 145 regulations.
• Coordinate technical support for on‑site working parties during repair, retrofit or maintenance campaigns.
• Manage tooling requests, ensuring correct, quality‑approved tools are supplied on schedule.
• Collect in‑service feedback, report significant issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee Part‑145 warehouse activities, consolidate tool lists and dispatch required equipment worldwide.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics.
• 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations and engineering.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Airbus technical documentation.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145, FAR 145 and CCAR 145 regulations.
• Tooling management and project coordination.
• Aircraft maintenance operation expertise.
