Account Manager - Home Application

About the role

The Account Manager – Home Application will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts within the home‑appliance sector. You will act as the main liaison between major appliance manufacturers and our internal teams, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and revenue targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers at major home‑appliance customers.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets in the home‑appliance segment.
• Provide technical support and ensure solutions align with customer requirements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, supply chain and operations to guarantee timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts and customer interactions in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or engineering experience in the China home‑appliance industry.
• Experience managing large accounts such as Haier, Hisense, Midea or Gree is a strong plus.
• Fluent in spoken, written and reading English.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work under pressure from internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for sales tracking and forecasting.
• Knowledge of home‑appliance connectors and related applications.
