职位概况
负责EBS平台及客户项目的开发项目管理，需与技术职能团队、制造、采购等协作，确保项目按计划推进并符合汽车行业标准。
主要职责
- 主导EBS系统及组件开发的全生命周期管理（计划、执行、监控、收尾），达成项目目标。
- 协同研发、制造、采购，支持工艺与供应商发展。
- 与OEM、供应商及内部软硬件团队对接，统一技术规格。
- 支持试点项目获取及整体项目管理工作。
- 确保遵循ISO 26262、IATF 16949、GB、QC、JT、FMVSS、UNECE等汽车标准及网络安全规范。
任职要求
- 机械/电气工程、车辆工程或相关专业硕士以上学历。
- 5年以上汽车系统（刹车优先）工作经验，3年以上技术项目管理经验。
- 熟悉刹车技术。
- 良好的英文沟通能力。
- 具备项目管理认证。
- 熟悉BES方法、IATF 16949、ISO 26262及流程。
- 对机械、电子及刹车产品有深入了解。
