HR Specialist

About the role

The HR Specialist will support all core HR functions, ensuring policies are up‑to‑date, recruitment processes run smoothly, and employee relations remain strong within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and standards.
• Execute the recruitment plan, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination and offer preparation.
• Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain employee profiles and HR data in the HR system.
• Calculate monthly payroll and validate attendance, leave and related HR data.
• Deliver training projects according to the training plan and track progress.
• Organise new‑hire orientation and support probation‑period performance management.
• Coordinate company events such as family days and team‑building activities.
• Foster effective communication and relationships with staff.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with fluent oral and written English.
• Minimum 2 years of HR and administration experience in a manufacturing setting; automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of China Labor Law and related employment regulations.
• Proactive, quick learner, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality and a strong sense of responsibility.
