职位概况
负责自动驾驶时空联合规划算法的设计与研发，提升整体算法的安全性、稳定性与泛化能力。参与算法量产落地及性能优化，解决实时性和资源占用等关键问题。
主要职责
- 设计并研发横向功能（如 lane change、bypass/nudge、merge）在复杂路况下的算法。
- 负责 DDP、iLQR 等求解器的设计、优化与数值稳定性分析。
- 融合 End-to-End Planning 与传统优化规划，完成横向轨迹优化、约束处理及安全增强。
- 针对不同计算平台进行算法裁剪与优化，确保实时性和资源效率。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，车辆、控制、机器人、自动化、计算机、数学等相关专业。
- 5 年以上自动驾驶/机器人/控制/优化算法经验，具备最优化与控制理论基础。
- 熟悉 DDP、iLQR、MPC、QP 等优化方法及 Solver 原理，具备 Solver 调试与改造能力。
- 具备时空联合规划算法经验，能够独立完成建模、求解、轨迹生成及后处理。
必备技能
- C++ 编程
