职位概况
负责企业级数据平台/数据中台/Lakehouse的架构设计与持续演进，构建高质量的数据底座支撑AI/LLM应用。
主要职责
- 参与数据治理体系建设，包括数据标准、元数据、主数据、数据质量和血缘。
- 将业务需求转化为数据模型与端到端数据解决方案。
- 推动Data‑AI协同，为AI/LLM提供特征工程支持。
任职要求
- 计算机、信息系统、软件工程或数据科学等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
- 精通SQL，具备概念、逻辑、物理三层数据建模能力。
- 理解数据仓库、数据湖、Lakehouse架构理念及适用场景。
必备技能
- 熟悉Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Kafka等大数据生态。
- 熟练使用Python、Java或Scala至少一种编程语言。
