职位概况
负责博世中国内部AI应用平台的设计、开发与运维，涵盖智能问答、智能检索、自动报表等场景，实现业务数字化转型。
主要职责
- 设计、开发并维护LLM RAG平台、AI Agent工作流，支持智能问答、自动报表、数据洞察等业务场景。
- 完成模型选型、微调、Prompt Engineering及性能评估，确保质量、成本与合规。
- 对接SAP、MES、Power BI、SharePoint等企业系统，实现端到端自动化闭环。
- 建立AI应用监控、评估与迭代机制，保障模型稳定性与可解释性。
任职要求
- 计算机、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上AI/大模型开发经验。
- 具备企业级AI项目端到端落地经验，熟悉AI能力对接ERP/MES/BI/CRM系统。
- 熟悉LLM原理、Agentic AI技术栈，拥有LangChain、LlamaIndex、RAG、Prompt Engineering、Agent编排项目经验。
必备技能
- 精通Python，熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow、Transformer等深度学习框架。
- 熟悉SQL及主流数据库，具备ETL、数据管道基础。
- 熟悉Azure、AWS、阿里云及OpenAI、Azure OpenAI生态。
- 了解M365生态（Power BI、Power Automate、Power Apps、SharePoint）。
