职位概况
负责公司 Windows 环境及混合云平台的日常监控、维护与故障排除，确保关键业务系统的高可用性和安全性。
主要职责
- 监控技术基础设施报警，及时响应并处理。
- 管理本地及云端的 AD、ADFS、SharePoint、Exchange 等服务。
- 使用 SCCM 进行服务器、桌面补丁及应用部署。
- 与硬件供应商合作，解决设备故障。
- 维护 EMC Unity、Brocade、NetApp 等存储及备份系统。
任职要求
- 至少 5 年 IT 技术工作经验。
- 熟悉 Windows Server 2012‑2019（DNS、AD、DHCP、WSUS、IIS 等）。
- 具备 VMware 虚拟化及故障排除经验。
- 了解 Linux 系统的安装与配置。
- 具备 SAN、NAS、EMC、NetApp、Veritas NetBackup 等存储备份技术经验。
- 良好的英语读写能力，具备 ITIL、敏捷等项目管理知识。
必备技能
- Windows Server、Active Directory、ADFS、SharePoint、Exchange
- SCCM、WSUS、WDS+MDT、IIS、RDP
- VMware 虚拟化
- Linux 操作系统
- HP ProLiant、Dell PowerEdge 服务器硬件
- EMC Unity、NetApp、Brocade 交换机、Veritas NetBackup
