职位概况

负责穿戴设备及物联网领域的嵌入式软件研发，带领团队完成产品开发与交付，确保技术方案的高效与稳定。

主要职责

管理嵌入式软件开发团队，进行绩效考核、培训与职业发展。
制定并执行软件开发计划，协调硬件、软件及测试团队，确保项目按时交付。
解决关键技术难题，推动代码质量提升，支持产品需求实现并优化用户体验。

任职要求

计算机或相关专业本科及以上，具备5年以上嵌入式软件开发经验，3年以上团队管理经验。
熟悉MCU芯片或高通、MTK平台开发，有穿戴或物联网设备开发经验者优先。
具备项目管理经验，能够与客户使用英语沟通。
责任心强，目标感明确，具备良好的问题闭环、沟通与组织协调能力。
