Warehouse Material Handler – Beijing

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Warehouse Material Handler in Beijing. You will support the daily operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely, accurate and safe flow of materials, components, consumables and equipment for the manufacturing of medical technology.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack and ship materials, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Perform material verification against purchase orders or invoices and report non‑conformities.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Execute KANBAN replenishment, kitting and production‑line material support.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure data accuracy.
• Utilise barcode scanning systems and automated warehouse equipment for all transactions.
• Prepare shipping documentation, weigh and label outgoing goods.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education (technical, logistics or related field preferred).
• 2‑4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or production material management, preferably in manufacturing or medical‑device environments.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness and ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Barcode scanning system operation.
• Automated warehouse equipment usage.
• Forklift driving licence (preferred).
• ERP experience – SAP or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic English reading for label and document interpretation.
• Knowledge of KANBAN replenishment and inventory management processes.
