Tenure-Track Faculty – Educational Leadership (Ed.D)

About the role

Wenzhou‑Kean University is seeking two highly qualified scholars to join its Department of Educational Leadership on a tenure‑track basis. The positions will support both Master’s and Doctorate programs, guiding students through coursework, research, and dissertation development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver graduate‑level courses in Educational Leadership, including evening and weekend sessions as needed.
• Mentor Master’s and Ph.D. students in developing dissertation topics and supervising the writing process.
• Contribute to curriculum design, program assessment, and accreditation activities.
• Participate in student recruitment, advisement, and internship coordination.
• Engage in scholarly research, publish in peer‑reviewed venues, and seek external funding.

Required profile

• Ph.D. (or equivalent terminal degree) in Educational Leadership or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated record of high‑quality research and publications.
• Experience teaching graduate courses, preferably in both higher‑education and K‑12 contexts.
• Ability to advise and supervise doctoral candidates to successful completion.

• Strong academic writing and mentorship capabilities.
