Talent Acquisition Partner – Recruiter

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will support the delivery of our client’s RPO and MSP hiring programmes, working closely with Michael Page Outsourcing and key client stakeholders. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from candidate generation to offer negotiation and onboarding, across a variety of work settings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, expectations and timelines.
• Deliver monthly hiring targets, managing candidate generation, shortlisting and interview coordination.
• Support the Account Director/Talent Acquisition Manager with comprehensive monthly reporting, including D&I metrics.
• Act as the client’s storyteller, communicating business strategy, culture and opportunities to candidates.
• Utilise a wide range of sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, client ATS, employee referrals and networking events.
• Identify talent, assess skills and motivations, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a strong service orientation.
• Previous experience in recruitment or a related talent acquisition environment.
• Curious, people‑centred approach to supporting candidates throughout their job search.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
