Supply Chain Planning Manager

About the role

Amplifon is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to collaborate with local and global teams, ensuring service level agreements and inventory excellence through effective planning and replenishment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and adjust supply chain planning strategy to support business growth and strategic priorities.
• Manage demand and supply planning for products and accessories, targeting service level and working capital efficiency.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, integrating market intelligence and cross‑functional inputs.
• Support product lifecycle management for successful launches and phase‑outs.
• Monitor supplier performance, track key metrics, identify root causes, mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects to develop best‑in‑class planning mechanisms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 2.5–8 years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with structured thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and modeling.
• SQL and Python (a plus).
