Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist you will ensure compliant and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials, drug substances and products in a GMP‑regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, issue, return and ship materials according to approved SOPs.
• Label and segregate items based on status (approved, pending inspection, returned, non‑conforming).
• Monitor temperature, humidity and cold‑chain requirements; report abnormalities to Warehouse Manager and QA.
• Maintain accurate warehouse logs, system data and paper records for batch numbers, quantities, locations and expiry dates.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of warehouse areas, shelves, pallets and equipment in line with GMP.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and support additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse operations within a GMP‑regulated environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with handling materials requiring specific storage conditions, such as cold‑chain management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and compliance.
• Ability to follow SOPs precisely while maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills for identifying issues and collaborating on resolutions.
• Basic communication skills in English are an advantage.
