职位概况
负责某品类的销售预测、订货及库存管控，确保供应链高效运转，满足销售需求并优化库存周转。
主要职责
- 进行销售预测、订货预测，实际订货满足销售需求，控制缺货及周转。
- 库存分析与管控，处理呆滞库存，提升库存周转率。
- 优化订货及逆向流程，推动业务流程化、规范化、自动化，提高订货准确性。
- 通过数据分析发现业务痛点，快速行动并协同部门改善链路。
- 与内外部团队保持密切沟通，具备前瞻性思考，确保销售业绩和效率。
任职要求
- 商学、财务、数学、供应链相关专业学位。
- 善于数据分析，精通Excel，熟练使用Excel、PPT进行系统化数据分析。
- 学习能力强，抗压能力强。
