Strategy Intern

About the role

NXP is looking for a highly motivated Strategy Intern in Shanghai to support market and policy research, strengthen team efficiency and expand analytical capacity. The intern conducts industry, competitive, technology and policy research, tracks key market trends and turns insights into executive-ready reports and presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry, competitive, technology and policy research and track key market trends
• Synthesize insights into executive-ready reports and presentations
• Support strategic projects and maintain research databases
• Coordinate cross-functional information gathering
• Leverage AI tools to improve team productivity and knowledge management

Required profile

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
• Self-driven, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Background in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering or a related field preferred
• Interest in semiconductors, AI, automotive or industrial technology is a plus
