职位概况
江门某工厂招聘办公自动化与流程优化高级主任，负责在部门内推广办公自动化和AI应用，整合生产、仓存、采购、物流等数据并优化流程，提升运营效率。
主要职责
- 在熟悉部门流程的基础上，运用办公自动化和AI工具推广并实施办公自动化，提升工作效率
- 整合生产、仓存、采购、物流等数据，建立自动化报表模型，确保报表准确高效
- 协助部门经理梳理仓存、物料采购、物流和生产流程，支持流程优化
- 组织或参与智能仓库系统等项目的推广应用
- 通过流程优化和内部管控降低成本，提升效率
任职要求
- 行政管理、物流、采购、外贸、进出口等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 两年以上工厂办公工作经验，有生产制造行业背景者优先
- 较强的团队合作与沟通协调能力和主动解决问题的能力
- 具备基本的英语读写能力，可进行简单工作沟通
必备技能
- 熟悉Power BI、Power Automate等自动化办公工具
- 能学习并灵活运用办公自动化软件实施办公AI和自动化
