Project Manager / Business Analyst (AVP Level)

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst (AVP level) to join its Asia Transformation Office within the Business Client Services (BCS) Asia team, based in Tianjin. The role supports regional and global transformation initiatives across Asia, focusing on project delivery, business analysis, stakeholder coordination and implementation, including right-shoring rollouts and China-focused implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of regional and global transformation initiatives across Asia.
• Develop and manage project plans, trackers, governance materials and status updates.
• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, gaps and implementation needs.
• Coordinate with regional and country stakeholders, especially for China-focused implementation.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, and escalate where needed.
• Support implementation planning, transition activities and post-implementation follow-up.
• Own each workstream end to end and prepare materials for project teams, governance forums and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, transformation, consulting or implementation delivery.
• Experience with cross-functional regional and/or global projects, and with China stakeholders or China implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process analysis and implementation support experience.
• Fluent Chinese and English, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Preferred: Jira/Confluence, Visio, Smartsheet or Microsoft Project; PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or business analysis certification.
