职位概况

负责在指定区域内推广公司药品，建立并维护与医疗机构的合作关系，达成公司下达的业务目标。

主要职责

在指定区域内实现产品销售目标，制定并执行拜访计划。
向医疗机构提供药品信息，组织学术推广活动。
收集竞争产品信息，及时向上级反馈。
维护医疗机构资料库，分析区域市场潜力。
跟踪产品库存，防止断货，配合招标与医保评审。

任职要求

医学、药学或相关专业大专及以上学历。
2-3 年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。

必备技能

账户管理、临床开发、临床药理学、临床药学。
数据分析、药品研发、市场分析、CRM 客户关系管理。
合同管理、沟通技术、药品分销、医院药房运营。
