职位概况
在指定区域内开展公司产品的介绍和推广，与医疗机构建立并维持合作关系，确保公司下达的推广目标达成并提升市场占有率。
主要职责
- 达成区域产品业绩目标和市场增长率，合理利用资源控制费用。
- 制定并执行医疗机构拜访计划，提供产品信息和咨询，提升机构满意度。
- 挖掘现有市场潜力并开发潜在市场，组织学术活动推广新产品。
- 管理区域目标，更新医疗机构资料并制定行动计划，定期分析区域情况。
- 跟踪医疗机构库存，确保合理库存防止断货，保证产品月度消耗。
- 与市场、商务部配合，维护专家关系，支持招标和医保评审。
- 收集竞争对手信息并及时上报，提供改进建议。
任职要求
- 大专或以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业优先。
- 2-3年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。
