Product Manager

Key responsibilities

• Deep dive stakeholders (including scientific leader, clinical HCP, online HCPs) insights through multiple channels.
• Develop scientific leader engagement plan and cultivate advocates, including speaker development and national campaign execution.
• Develop clinical department strategic and executive plan with clear objectives and KPIs, driving execution excellence, including HCP peer‑to‑peer education events.
• Develop celebrity HCPs on disease education.
• Customer engagement on core clinical department.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience in central marketing.
• New department development experience (preferred).
• National Innovation Program management experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in medicine or pharmaceutical sciences (preferred).
• Advanced stakeholder engagement, problem‑solving and productive communication skills.
