职位概况
负责所在治疗领域的科学沟通与医学支持，推动公司创新药物和技术在临床实践中的应用，提升外部专家对公司产品的认知与使用。
主要职责
- 维护并深化对指定治疗领域的科学知识，包括疾病机制、最新研究进展及在研/已上市产品。
- 依据公司医学策略，制定并执行区域内的专家交流计划。
- 向内部团队提供外部专家的医学洞察，支持研发和商业决策。
- 向外部专家提供准确、合规的产品信息，解答科学问题。
任职要求
- 具备医学、药学或相关生命科学硕士及以上学历。
- 拥有多年（5年以上）医药行业医学科学联络或临床研究经验。
- 熟悉所在治疗领域的临床实践和科研动态。
- 能够独立策划并执行科学交流活动。
必备技能
- 扎实的医学/科学知识储备。
- 优秀的口头与书面沟通能力。
- 熟悉医药合规及监管要求。
