职位概况
负责CAR-T产品在医院的技术支持与操作，协助医院建立合作关系，确保全流程合规顺利开展。
主要职责
- 配合团队拜访医院相关科室，建立专业合作关系。
- 熟悉公司端到端全流程，反馈并优化单采回输流程，识别风险。
- 帮助医院完善SOP、建立质控体系并动态维护。
- 负责患者血样采集、产品输注操作，确保零差错并使用COI系统记录。
- 在采集和输注过程中协调医护人员，处理紧急医疗事件并与相关部门沟通。
任职要求
- 专科及以上学历，医药、护理、血液肿瘤等相关专业。
- 3年以上临床或外资公司工作经验，具备相关领域临床经验。
- 良好的沟通表达、协调能力及项目策划实施能力，具创新思维。
- 英文读写流利，熟悉各类办公软件的应用。
- 责任心强，积极主动，能适应出差及加班。
- 具备在复杂环境下跨部门团队协作达成目标的能力。
- 高度职业性，尊重他人，适应快节奏多变环境。
- 熟悉业务政策，持续正直合规，谦虚。
