职位概况
负责制定并执行公司网站的海外SEO策略，提升全球搜索关键词排名，推动品牌在国际市场的影响力。
主要职责
- 精通Google等搜索平台，优化账户结构，撰写关键词创意并监控排名。
- 制定并执行SEO策略，提升网站流量和结构优化。
- 监控GA4等数据，提升流量转化率。
- 分析竞价关键词数据，撰写专业报告。
- 研究竞争对手关键词布局，制定差异化优化方案。
- 协同IT及其他部门，将SEO需求转化为可量化执行指标。
- 向stakeholder阐述SEO策略价值，解释技术细节。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、生物医药、计算机、电子商务等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上SEO实战经验，熟悉全球主流搜索引擎算法，具备SEM经验者优先。
- 能够使用英文进行书面工作和专业文档撰写。
- 具备责任心、执行力、团队合作精神及抗压能力。
必备技能
- Google Analytics
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
