职位概况
负责区域社群运营体系的搭建、策略制定与执行监督，对社群整体经营结果负责。统筹社群拉新、转化及数据管理，实现用户消费转化。
主要职责
- 搭建区域社群运营体系，制定并监督执行策略。
- 统筹开业前社群线上拉新，联动线上渠道及线下资源，高效完成新仓社群用户储备。
- 负责开业后社群运营转化，通过内容策划、互动活动、用户分层管理提升活跃度并实现消费转化。
- 监测群成员增长、活跃度、转化率等核心数据，评估效果并迭代优化方案。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、传媒等相关专业优先。
- 10年以上社群运营经验，有电商、零售行业区域社群统筹经验者优先，具备成功的社群拉新与转化案例。
- 熟悉线上线下多渠道拉新方法，擅长社群内容与活动策划，能独立统筹项目落地。
- 数据分析能力强，熟练使用数据工具提炼问题、优化策略，具备跨团队沟通协调能力。
- 工作积极主动，责任心强，抗压能力与团队合作精神佳，能适应业务统筹节奏。
