职位概况
负责独立站的SEO基础工作，优化站内结构、外链建设及内容策略，提升北美美妆/时尚类站点的搜索表现和转化率。
主要职责
- 排查并修复404页面，监控GSC数据并进行日常优化。
- 优化站内结构，包括内链布局、博客选题、关键词策略执行及Alt Text等元数据。
- 统筹SEO助理工作，规划博客内容方向。
- 开发并维护高质量外链资源及Affiliate合作渠道。
- 了解实时AI SEO（GEO），结合策略提升转化。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，熟悉Google SEO算法及最新趋势。
- CET-6以上，具备英语网站内容优化及外链拓展经验。
- 了解北美用户行为及社媒习惯，有美妆或时尚类SEO运营经验者优先。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力与执行力。
