Manager, Seller Education

About the role

Walmart Connect is seeking a Manager of Seller Education to lead training initiatives that help sellers and advertisers succeed on the Walmart Connect platform. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve both online webinars and offline events that drive product adoption, activation, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Drive activation, retention and product adoption through online and offline training events.
• Identify Chinese seller needs for Walmart Connect advertising and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create tailored courses.
• Lead, facilitate and deliver live and on‑demand training sessions for sellers and advertisers.
• Develop educational content based on deep product knowledge and seller feedback.
• Monitor training adoption rates, maintain high seller satisfaction, and optimize performance using data tracking and analysis.
• Collect multi‑channel client feedback to enhance the overall ecosystem experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in training, education or marketing.
• Strong communication abilities and comfort working in a collaborative, fast‑paced, multi‑functional environment.
• Experience with data‑driven training optimization and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel frequently for live training sessions or events.
