Senior Product Manager - Breast Cancer Treatment

About the role

Roche is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its breast cancer treatment business in Shanghai. The role focuses on turning market opportunities into results through brand strategy, key account engagement and execution of innovative disease management campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and implement strategic and tactical plans to realise market opportunities.
• Maintain good engagement with KOLs and target regional key customers.
• Take part in brand strategy and action plan development, working with the brand team and cross-functional teams.
• Drive execution excellence in innovative disease management campaigns.
• Build and run a speaker management system.
• Collaborate within the marketing team, share best practices and support department projects with creative execution ideas.
• Work closely with other brand-relevant departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above; medical, pharmacy or biology background preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing or sales experience.
• 2-3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience is required.
• MNC background.

• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
• Strong project management, self-motivation and results orientation.
• Strong execution ability and cross-functional communication.
