Marketing Manager - Gazyva (Immunology)

About the role

Roche is looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the launch and commercial strategy for Gazyva (Obinutuzumab) in the Nephrology therapy area. The role defines the indication vision, develops actionable marketing strategies and drives cross-functional execution to maximise market access, brand adoption and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and launch readiness frameworks for Gazyva in Nephrology, aligned with global brand strategy and local market dynamics.
• Analyse market trends, competition, customer behaviour and patient pathways to identify growth drivers and unmet clinical needs in the renal space.
• Build relationships with KOLs, nephrologists, HCPs and medical societies to drive scientific exchange and brand advocacy.
• Design and deliver promotional campaigns, multi-channel marketing (MCM) initiatives and scientific communications for nephrology HCPs.
• Work with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Market Access to align messaging, ensure compliance and support market access and reimbursement.
• Manage marketing budgets, set KPIs and track ROI and sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business or Marketing (Master's or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with a proven record in product launch and brand management.
• Prior experience in Nephrology, Immunology or specialty care is highly preferred.
• Native fluency in Mandarin and professional written and spoken English.
