Senior Java Developer

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join the OddsMatrix Sportsbook platform team. You will design, implement, and maintain high‑performance backend services that support millions of daily requests.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full development lifecycle for core OddsMatrix services.
• Write clean, well‑documented, and thoroughly tested code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to translate loosely defined requirements into robust solutions.
• Review code, provide technical feedback, and help shape architectural decisions.
• Optimize services for low latency, high throughput, and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of professional Java development experience, preferably with Java 12 or newer.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
