Senior Innovation Manager - Personal Workspace Solutions (China)

About the role

Logitech is hiring a Senior Innovation Manager for its Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) business group in China, based in Shanghai. You will be a strategic architect for the PWS business group, leading the innovation funnel for the China market from initial signal identification (technology or behavioral) through prototype, validation, roadmap creation and integration. The role suits someone who thrives in complexity and turns advanced technologies into clear, compelling narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end China innovation funnel, keeping it organized, transparent and fast-paced.
• Maintain a living view of the technologies, use cases and consumer behaviors shaping personal workspaces in China, and turn them into a unified point of view for the business group.
• Surface emerging opportunities early and give leadership the clarity to act on trends before they become mainstream.
• Drive design thinking sessions and rapid innovation sprints with cross-functional teams, turning complex technologies into simple, decision-ready visualizations.
• Connect designers, engineers, product managers and marketing teams, and build relationships with universities, startups, research labs and innovation hubs.
• Track trends systematically, manage a complex data ecosystem, and run large-format roadmap workshops and post-market analyses.

Required profile

• 5-10 years in innovation, advanced concepts or product management, preferably in consumer hardware or adjacent tech categories.
• A portfolio of successfully launched innovations with clear attribution to your strategic contribution.
• Exceptional visual and verbal communication, able to simplify advanced technology for a mainstream audience.
• Proven ability to organize large ideation events or moderate complex cross-functional workshops.
• Pragmatic, outcome-oriented, hands-on and curious about user behavior.

Required skills

• Hands-on prototyping, design thinking and design tools such as system schematics, layouts and solution architecture.
• Systematic use of AI tools to accelerate results and support strategic decisions.
