Senior Indirect Purchasing Buyer

About the role

The Senior Buyer will lead indirect purchasing activities for Bosch's RBTS franchise business in China, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and cost competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full procurement cycle: supplier scouting, RFQ, COQ, negotiation, sourcing decisions and contract finalization.
• Manage supplier relationships, develop the supply base and handle non‑conformity claims.
• Issue purchase orders in the system, ensuring adherence to procurement processes and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver services, equipment, spare parts and maintenance.
• Support direct purchasing strategy for TG/AS business, conduct global sourcing and lead price negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years experience in automotive aftermarket purchasing, both indirect and direct.
• Strong negotiation, cost analysis and project management abilities.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Pro‑active, self‑leading and able to handle challenging tasks.
