About the role

The Senior Cost Controller will act as the business analyst for assigned product lines or business units, overseeing cost control, reporting and resource management. This position supports strategic decision‑making by providing accurate cost data and financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product cost planning, costing, forecasting, transfer‑price calculations and deviation analysis.
• Manage cost centre administration, budgeting, and PDCA‑based cost tracking.
• Oversee resource management for the area, including fixed‑asset accounting.
• Prepare long‑term P&L statements, business plans, budgets, forecasts and monthly business reports.
• Produce key data reports for internal stakeholders and act as a business partner through close communication.
• Perform cost comparison, benchmarking and other related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling, preferably in cost controlling or cost analysis.
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge with an understanding of business processes.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems for financial reporting and analysis.
