Senior Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Beijing office and drive marketing, business development, and multidisciplinary strategic planning projects. You will work on regional development strategies, master planning, mixed‑use and industrial projects, as well as cultural, tourism, and sustainability consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Chinese market.
• Lead strategic planning and economic advisory projects across various sectors.
• Conduct econometric analysis, market forecasting, and data‑driven research on regional economic issues.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and feasibility studies for clients.
• Manage large, complex projects and provide technical oversight.
• Supervise junior staff, evaluate performance, and ensure project quality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, geography, social science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to handle complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
