负责售楼部及外部区域客户的接待与引导，提供专业置业咨询，协助合同签署与产权办理。

主要职责

接待并引导售楼部及外部区域客户，提供置业咨询服务。
熟悉楼盘规划、设计及项目优势，进行沙盘讲解，促进销售。
协助客户完成合同签署、产权办理等后续工作。

任职要求

有无经验均可，具备服务意识和综合素质。
能吃苦耐劳，具备强烈的企图心和团队合作精神。
应届毕业生亦可，提供成长平台。
