职位概况
负责公寓整体运营，围绕“文化+生活”核心定位制定并落地运营策略，提升用户沉浸式体验，推动品牌价值与商业效益同步增长。
主要职责
- 主导公寓整体运营策略的制定与执行，优化运营体系。
- 统筹公寓内商业业态、文化活动及社群运营，提升用户粘性。
- 搭建并维护用户服务体系，通过精细化运营满足用户需求，促进口碑传播与签约转化。
- 协调物业、商户管理及品牌活动策划，确保运营效率与服务品质统一。
- 基于用户数据和市场反馈，持续迭代运营策略，实现品牌价值提升。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
- 5年以上中高端社区运营经验，熟悉体验式服务与社群运营逻辑。
- 具备强烈的用户思维和场景化运营能力，精准把握目标客群需求。
- 拥有优秀的资源整合能力，能够联动内外部资源打造特色文化活动。
- 具备数据驱动的决策能力，能够通过运营数据优化服务流程与体验设计。
