About the role
Robert Half is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to drive business development and client services in Shanghai. You will prospect new client business, understand client needs, and match them with top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect for new client business and build a strong network of contacts.
- Understand each client’s culture and workplace environment to align candidate profiles.
- Engage with clients, recommend top talent, and develop weekly, monthly and quarterly growth plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in external recruitment or outbound B2B sales with a proven track record.
- Strong appetite for sales in a fast‑paced, high‑performing team.
- Innovative, creative and strategic thinker with a positive mindset.
- Excellent communication, openness, and ability to build long‑term trusting relationships.
