Senior Business Executive / Key Account Manager – Endo Surgery

About the role
This position is responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and increasing Stryker’s presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory. It focuses on endoscopic surgery products and requires strong relationship building with dealers and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
- Support Business Director/Sales Manager in formulating sales plans and identifying market-specific needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Maintain cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers) and customers.
- Prepare regular sales performance analysis, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
- Explore new accounts and business opportunities to expand Stryker’s customer pool.
Required profile
- Degree holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related area.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Proven record in channel management and strong business acumen.
- Excellent problem‑solving, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
