About the role
The Senior Account Manager (Key Account – Sales) will drive sales of GfK’s Electronics and Technology Consumer Goods solutions, focusing on point‑of‑sale data for both local and global markets. The role combines account farming, cross‑selling, and strategic business development.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve country‑wide sales targets and manage both new and existing client accounts.
- Strategize selling approaches for the Electronics and Technology Consumer Goods sector.
- Identify growth opportunities using GfK tracking data and present insights to clients.
- Build and maintain C‑suite relationships to increase upsell opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of the Electronics and Technology Consumer Goods market.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven business‑development track record.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and maintain a results‑driven attitude.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Research background and ability to quickly grasp market methodologies.
- Good verbal and presentation skills.
