Sales – Business Development

About the role

This position is responsible for identifying business opportunities in the market, securing orders, and promoting Airbus services to customers while protecting the brand. The role involves frequent travel across China, APAC and Europe to engage with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the customer network and complete engagement processes including KYC and GTA.
• Coordinate with marketing to uncover business opportunities and manage sales campaigns from negotiation to contract signing.
• Collaborate with the commercial team at Airbus headquarters for market information exchange and customer service.
• Work with internal Customer Service and Project Managers to deliver high‑quality services.
• Achieve yearly sales, revenue and order‑in‑take targets.
• Drive internal communication with Operations, Tooling & GSE, Engineering, Procurement and other functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably in customer service, sales or marketing, with MRO experience considered an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) as the working language.
• Reliable, responsible, able to work under pressure and deliver results.
