Senior Business Executive / Key Account Manager – CMF & ENT

About the role

This position is responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and increasing Stryker’s presence in the market by leveraging resources in the Chengdu territory.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales activities to meet budgeted sales and profitability goals.
• Support the Business Director/Sales Manager in formulating sales plans and identifying market‑specific needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain and develop cooperative relationships with dealers and customers.
• Prepare regular sales performance analysis, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
• Explore new accounts and business opportunities to expand Stryker’s customer pool.
• Prepare monthly reports on market trends, consumer habits, and competitor information.
• Compile customer feedback to drive high‑quality service and expand the business portfolio.

Required profile

• Degree holder in medicine, medical sciences, or a related sales/marketing field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in medical devices or the healthcare industry.
• Proven record in channel management.
• Excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑oriented with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross‑functional, team‑oriented environment.
