职位概况
负责在指定区域内推广公司产品，建立并维护与医疗机构的合作关系，确保完成公司下达的工作目标。
主要职责
- 在指定区域内达成产品销售目标，制定并执行医疗机构拜访计划。
- 运用推广技巧向医疗机构提供产品信息和医学咨询，提升机构满意度。
- 挖掘现有市场潜力，开发新市场，完成新产品进药计划。
- 组织学术活动，管理区域市场信息，及时反馈竞争情报。
任职要求
- 医学、药学或相关专业大专以上学历，具备2-3年医院医药代表工作经验。
- 熟悉产品及市场知识，具备区域管理和业务敏锐性。
- 遵守公司SOP、财务制度及合规要求，保持专业形象。
