Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage overseas transfer projects, work closely with local customer contacts and develop new business within assigned key accounts. The role aims to meet sales targets, improve allocation and ensure total customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up assigned key customers, make regular visits and maintain strong relationships.
• Anticipate customers' technical and business needs and provide suitable SAA solutions.
• Execute sales strategy, outperform competition and achieve revenue targets.
• Assist in launching new products/services and develop promotion plans.
• Collect market and technology information and relay feedback to R&D.
• Report product weaknesses, handle complaints, quality rejections and delivery issues before mass production.
• Liaise with customers on overdue accounts and coordinate with Finance.
• Prepare accurate monthly sales forecasts and report weekly/monthly activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years sales experience with CEM/EMS accounts, familiar with 3C or communication electronics industry.
• Proactive and aggressive in acquiring business.
• Willing to work under pressure and travel as needed.
• Strong commercial sense and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
