About the role

As a Sales Associate at Crocs, you will be the front‑line ambassador delivering exceptional service to shoppers in our capital‑city outlets. You will help customers discover our products, support store initiatives, and grow your retail expertise in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Assist across store departments, including product knowledge, visual merchandising, and stock‑room organization.
• Operate the POS system, manage stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, and loyalty‑program promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards, and compliance with asset‑protection policies.
• Collaborate with store management to improve personal KPIs through sales‑driven techniques.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with reliable attendance.
• Motivation to succeed in a high‑growth, fast‑paced retail setting.
