Retail Training Supervisor – Outlet

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Training Supervisor to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for Salomon’s frontline staff across owned retail and wholesale stores. The role focuses on fostering a sporty mindset and ensuring high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify retail learning needs, analyse gaps and develop training content, methods and tools.
• Deliver orientation, service and product training to staff at all levels.
• Support e‑learning initiatives and monitor learning outcomes.
• Follow up on regional Mystery Shopper feedback and provide targeted service‑enhancement training.
• Produce regular training reports, evaluate effectiveness and adjust programmes accordingly.
• Collaborate with retail and wholesale operations teams to track training results, conduct store visits and provide on‑site coaching.
• Liaise with internal and external partners to execute training initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of solid training and development experience in the retail sector, preferably sports, fashion or cosmetics.
• Proven experience in training needs analysis, material development and store coaching.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and a university degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional road or trail running experience is essential.
