职位概况

负责银行保险业务的培训课程设计、教材编写及培训项目实施，支持高净值业务活动并提升培训团队业务素养。

主要职责

根据公司战略分析银保培训需求，设计课程并编写教材、教案。
制定并执行渠道培训计划，组织培训活动，确保业务指标达成。
为客户沙龙及高净值业务推广提供支持，开展案例研讨、售前演练等。
提升培训讲师团队的综合业务素养，进行团队管理。

任职要求

大学本科以上学历。
8年以上工作经验，含5年以上银行客户营销或寿险银保营销经验。
