职位概况
负责银保培训课程的设计、编写与组织，支持高净值业务推广，并提升培训团队的业务素养。
主要职责
- 根据公司战略分析银保培训需求，编写教材与教案。
- 制定并执行渠道培训计划，组织培训活动，确保业务指标达成。
- 为客户沙龙及高净值业务拓展提供支持与督导。
- 提升培训讲师团队的综合业务能力。
任职要求
- 大学本科以上学历，8年以上工作经验。
- 5年以上商业银行客户营销或大型寿险银保营销经验。
- 熟悉寿险银保规章制度，了解行业规则。
- 具备良好的中英文沟通与商务演示能力。
必备技能
- 与各银行保持稳定合作关系。
- 对高净值业务有深入理解。
- 沟通协调、表达及演示能力强。
